Use of the App

Wisely grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the app
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content
  • Use Wisely to cheat on exams, coursework, or assessments in violation of your institution's academic integrity policies
  • Interfere with the app's functionality or security

Academic Integrity

Wisely is a study aid designed to help you learn. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the app complies with the rules of your school, university, or testing organization. We do not condone using Wisely for cheating.

User Content

You retain ownership of any notes, study materials, or content you upload to Wisely. By using the app, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as needed to provide the service.

Subscriptions & Payments

Wisely offers auto-renewable subscriptions (e.g., Weekly and Yearly plans). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
